All payments made through https://tilakhousingsociety.com for society maintenance charges, water bills, or any other services are final and non-refundable.

2. Duplicate or Accidental Payments

In case of duplicate or accidental payments, residents are advised to contact the society office within 7 days of the transaction along with the payment receipt and relevant details.

3. Discretionary Review

While there is a strict no refund policy, in exceptional cases (such as a proven technical error), the managing committee may review and approve a refund request at its sole discretion.
